Maxim Sports Drink is an easily in water dissolvable powder for preparing a delicious hypotonic sports drink. It delivers the optimal amount of carbohydrates and minerals (= electrolytes) you need while exercising. Maxim Sports drink contains the most minerals and electrolytes of all sports drinks. Maxim Sports Drink contains only natural flavourings and is gluten-free.

During sports, you lose carbohydrates and minerals, in addition to body fluids. A fluid loss of only 2% of your body weight can affect your performance. To counteract this, you can drink a hypotonic energy drink while exercising. Maxim Sports Drink contains the ingredients your body needs to keep your body fluid balance, carbohydrate supply and electrolytes (= salts and minerals) up to date. The advantage of this Maxim hypotonic Sportdrink is that it is less sweet and contains more electrolytes than a regular isotonic drink. It is absorbed more quickly by your body and is more friendly to the stomach. Maxim Sports drink contains a unique carbohydrate ratio based on an improved body uptake. It contains an optimal carbohydrate ratio of 2: 1 maltodextrin-fructose. This provides both fast carbohydrates for immediate energy and slow carbohydrates for long-term energy.

When to use:
– Ideal for sports drinks before and during sports. We recommend 500ml sports drink (= 2 cups / 500ml water) before exercising and at least 750ml (= 3 shops / 750ml water) while exercising. Also suitable as a thirst quencher after sporting. You can then use 2 cups / 750 ml.
