Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on dietary supplements, drinks, or articular protectors that have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below)
  5. Ship your return to our address (return shipping is at your expense)

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like our competition swimwear or drag-suits.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item and size needed in your return form
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement with the same urgency as an Olympic swimmer’s final lap.
