The Buddyswim neoprene swim cap is designed to keep your head warm during open water sessions. Made with 2 mm Smoothskin for optimal protection and flexibility. The heat-sealed seams in the internal fabric provide incredible waterproofing and protection from the cold. The ergonomic design and adjustable velcro closure ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort in the water.

Washing and Maintenance
To keep your neoprene cap in top condition and extend its useful life, we recommend that you follow these steps:
1. Rinse with fresh water after each use to remove traces of salt water or chlorine.
2. Wash it in the shower with a pH-neutral soap, rinsing well afterwards to remove any residue.
3. Turn the cap inside out and leave it to dry in the shade, preferably outdoors or somewhere with good ventilation.
4. Once the inside is completely dry, turn it inside in again to finish drying the outside, and the cap will be ready for the next time you need it.
Warning
Hand wash with cold water. Do not use a dryer or iron.

Depending mainly on the swimming time, the weather and the swimmer´s personal preferences, the recommended water temperature range for the 2 mm Smoothskin neoprene cap is 10°C to 21°C.
