Super Stroke Buddyswim Dryland Cords with interchangeable paddles and handles are designed to simulate swimming movements out of the water. Training out of the water is an ideal complement to improve stroke resistant and technique. Thanks to the possibility to use of swim paddles or handles, the swimmer can perform endless training possibilities out of the water such as rotations, pulls, extensions, strengthening exercises and many more.

CAUTION
Super Stroke Dryland Cords should only be used with adult supervision. The elastic should not be stretched more than triple the original length, so as not to exceed the resistance limit of the cords. Keep the elastic away from the face and never release it while it is under tension. It should not be stretched in a place where it can hit other people. Do not use if elastic is cracked, torn or damaged in any way.
